Please note that the new rates for 2024 are applicable for stays starting from 11 January 2024 (the start of the next low season), for new bookings made from 16 August 2023.

Notes:

1. Rates are subject to 15.5% government taxes and service charges
2. Rates include complimentary full course breakfast.
3. 15% discount on rates is offered on stays of 14 days or more.
4. There is an additional charge of USD $50 per night per person for a roll-away bed or the use of the lounge sofa-bed in Villa 1, inclusive of breakfast.
5. Baby cots are free of charge and are meant for children <3 years.
6. Alta Vista has 2 roll-away beds and 2 baby cots available at any one time and requests for these depend on availability.
7. Please note that all bedroom villas are non-smoking. No request for a smoking bedroom will be entertained. In making a booking, guests accept that smoking in the bedroom villas will incur a deep cleaning and deodorising charge of USD$250 per villa.
8. Villas 1, 2 & 3 are handicap friendly. All showers admit standard wheelchairs. However there are no grab bars in the bathrooms.
